Twinkle Tour

The community Twinkle Tour will be going in a different direction for 2026. While previously limited to the Town of White City, the WCEPD Lions Club is working with the Town to take over planning and operations of the Twinkle Tour to make it an even bigger and better event.

Get ready for a magical evening of dazzling holiday lights, festive fun, and activities for the whole family.
